This spanking new FCC filing does seem towards North America as the destination of choice, where a particular version of the Huawei Ascend P1 LTE has been cleared, where we know that it will come with the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system in tow, not to mention AT&T-friendly 700MHz LTE frequencies. Throw in AWS support and you can also introduce it to LTE providers in Canada alongside future T-Mobile, or should we say MetroPCS, deployments.
