Hovding Invisible Bicycle Helmet

Hovding Invisible Bicycle Helmet

Here in Australia, wearing an Australian Standards-approved helmet is mandatory when riding a bicycle. I know a few people who won't wear bicycle helmets because of the bulk of the helmet, or because it might muss up their hair-do   So it's either risk a fine if you're caught (as well as risking head injuries), or don't ride a bicycle. The Hovding Invisible Bicycle Helmet  is an airbag contained within a fabric collar that deploys in the event of an accident. The colour and fabric of the collar can be changed to match the weather or your fashion sense.

SA: Windows Phone will only capture 4% of the U.S. smartphone market in 2012

. Nokia (NOK) and Microsoft (MSFT) went all-out with the Lumia 900 when it launched earlier this year. For weeks it seemed impossible to go even one day without seeing a Lumia 900 commercial or a print advertisement, and early sales of the sleek smartphone looked promising. According to a new study from market research firm Strategy Analytics, however, Windows Phone sales will barely make a dent in the U.S. smartphone market this year.

Strategy Analytics sees 123 million smartphones being sold in the U.S. in 2012, and just 4% - or less than 5 million - of them will be Windows Phones.
