We first saw the Sony Xperia Pepper MT27i back in January, and we hoped that it would be officially unveiled at MWC 2012 in February. That didn't happen, as Sony has announced only the Xperia P and Xperia U in Barcelona. But the Pepper should be introduced pretty soon, too, as an official image of it has appeared somewhere in China. As seen in January, the Sony Pepper MT27i doesn't look too different from the new Xperias mentioned above. But it lacks that transparent antenna at the bottom, so its design is a more traditional one.
The Pepper will feature NFC, to play nice with Sony's Xperia Tags.
