An AT&T-bound version of Samsung's Galaxy Tab 8.9 has been spotted at the FCC way back in June, but it's only now that the second largest US carrier has officially announced the tablet. Better late than never, right. Right. So, according to AT&T, its Tab 8.9 will be released on November 20, coming with both LTE and HSPA+ connectivity.
