Oops, it looks like HTC did it again. It seems that adult entertainment company, Vivid, is not too pleased with HTC naming one of their devices after their company. Well, technically HTC did not name their device after the adult entertainment company, but the fact that the HTC Vivid shares the "Vivid" name is apparently enough for Vivid Entertainment to send a cease and desist letter to HTC. HTC is currently reviewing the complaint, and it seems that if they do not comply with Vivid Entertainment's request, they could face a potential lawsuit over trademark infringement.
