Amazon has announced that it will open a new digital media hub in the United Kingdom. The hub, which will be based in Glasshouse Yard in Barbican, will have room for hundreds of Amazon technical staff. According to TechRadar, Amazon's Lovefilm and Pushbutton teams will call the new location home and the two teams will work together on interactive digital services for TVs, tablets and phones. They'll also work on websites and API development.
