While Polaroid may not necessarily be a brand that comes to mind when it comes to Android tablets, it certainly looks like they might have many bigger named manufacturers beat when it comes to rolling out devices with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Polaroid had originally unveiled a series of tablets at CES earlier this year with Android 2.2 and 2.3, but a recent FCC filing discovered by Liliputing has outed a new tablet, the PMID701i, with Android 4.0 on board. It has also been revealed that despite the tablet getting a software upgrade, the rest of its specs leave a lot to be desired.
