Last year it was reported that Google announced their plans to acquire Motorola Mobility for a whopping $12.5 billion. The reason behind the acquisition was apparently namely for the patents that Motorola Mobility held that Google believed would help strengthen the Android platform, but once Google has the patents in their hands, what's next. According to the Wall Street Journal, apparently there are rumors that Google has already offered Huawei Motorola's handset division.
