It does seem to be a case of conflicting signals here, as we did hear about the upcoming Huawei Ascend P6S to arrive with an octa-core processor according to the Huawei president, Xu Xin Quan. Apparently, that does not seem to be the case according to the most recent leak of the Huawei Ascend P6S' specifications as there was not a single sign that pointed to an octa-core CPU. It does seem as though this particular device will arrive with an upgraded version of the quad-core K3V2 Cortex A9 that can be found in the predecessor, the Ascend P6.
