Tizen is not dead yet, and in fact, the recently talked about Tizen App Challenge has put up a $4 million bounty for developers who have been given the responsibility to "redefine the mobile experience". Well, one would say that in a highly competitive arena like the mobile operating system one, to make an appearance without putting any effort at all to do something different like "redefining" the mobile experience would be pretty much suicidal and doomed to fail right from the get go.
