Mobile network Three is now accepting your orders for the Xperia U, should you be in the market for something a little more modest than today's enormous, power-mad Android models. Prices through Three start at £20 for a “free” Xperia U with 500 calling minutes and 5,000 texts, although this cheapest plan only gives you 250MB of mobile data. One slightly cheaper option is the £18 a month “Ultimate Internet 100″ bundle, which gives buyers the network's “All You Can Eat” unlimited data bundle, although there's a £69 upfront fee with that one.
