Kaspersky reportedly helping Apple improve Mac OS security

Awhile back there was quite a bit of fuss over the Flashback trojan that reportedly infected hundreds of thousands of Mac computers. This was considered by many to be the wakeup call that Apple and their users needed in order to realize that the Mac OS platform was not as secure as they had thought. In any case tools and solutions for removing the Flashback trojan were released but is that enough. Are Mac users truly safe now. According to anti-virus software maker, Kaspersky, they are not.
