Apple is currently looking to settle their legal disputes with both Samsung and Proview, and now you might be able to add HTC to that list. As you guys are probably painfully aware by now, some HTC devices have been held up at the US Customs over an ITC (International Trade Commission) ban that was enacted last year. According to Florian Mueller of FOSS Patents, the US District Court of Delaware has ordered lawyers and other "decision" makers to get together and to discuss a possible settlement.
