A new software update has apparently become available for Verizon's Motorola Droid X2. This isn't a major release, so it won't make your smartphone run a different version of Android or anything like that. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't update. This new software brings a slew of performance improvements and bug fixes and as such is good to have.
