Twitter's Vine service that served up short video snippets must have sparked off an idea in the minds of Facebook executives, as they mulled whether their Instagram purchase could also do more. Apparently, the answer was yes, and in response to Vine, Video On Instagram was announced last week which sported a video recording feature that is pretty much the same as Vine's, allowing you to shoot and share 15-second video clips (compared to Vine's 6-second video clips).
