The arrival of the HTC One in the US is quickly approaching; April 19 for AT&T, Sprint and anyone who pre-ordered a T-Mobile or unlocked model via HTC's online store. Some of you want to unbox this phone, plug it in to your computer, and unlock the bootloader. One adventurous user went to the HTCDev portal and gave the unlock tool a try; low and behold it worked. Advantages to unlocking the bootloader is specifically for users who want to try different, community built ROMs and ask of this should be done at your own risk.
