The new GoPro Hero3 action cam was recently announced that boasts to be 30 percent smaller and 25 percent lighter than the GoPro Hero2. The camera is available in three versions, with the Black Edition being the top of the line among the Hero3 lineup. It features 4K video recording capabilities at 15 fps.
