
Earlier today, we reported that the Court of Appeals had denied Samsung's request to rehear their case. What this meant was that Apple was in the clear to file for a preliminary injunction against the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, thus giving Apple a victory at this point in time. While Apple might have gotten a taste of a legal victory in the states, it seems that the Dutch courts have ruled in Samsung's favor over a different case against Apple. A District Court n Hague, Holland, has ruled that Apple's older iPad models and iPhones violate one of Samsung's 3G patents.
