Japan getting new Panasonic full HD 3D home theater projector this fall

The PT-AE7000U, the first 3D unit in the world to use transparent LCD panels at 480Hz with the Panasonic overdrive tech to reduce cross talk and improve photo quality,  is able to offer "stunning large screen 2D images, as well as an immersive 3D viewing experience for home theater viewers," plus it features three HDMI inputs, projects a 120-inch image from 11-feet away, 200W red-rich lamp, 300,000:1 contrast ratio, 2,000 lumens of brightness. Look for this projector in September when it hits authorized Japanese dealers for about 269,000 Yen (about $3,499).
