Things just got very serious - a Dutch court issued a preliminary injunction that bans the sales of the Samsung Galaxy S, Galaxy S II and Galaxy Ace because they infringe on Apple's patents. The ban will come into effect on October 13th. It applies to Samsung's Netherlands-based branch, which is now forbidden to sell the three droids anywhere in the EU.
