Facebook for iPad is Retina Display friendly

Facebook for iPad is Retina Display friendly

The latest version of Facebook for iPhone and iPad, 4.1.1, has just been released as expected, and I guess you can say that the main attraction of this app version would be support for the new iPad's Retina Display. Basically, your eyes will be treated to clearer visuals and text than ever before, that it might seem to you as though you have just put on a new pair of glasses, never mind that your vision is 20x20 at the moment.

Facebook to help fight STDs

Facebook might eventually be the tool that makes or breaks the potential start of a relationship – by being able to inform you on whether your friend has an STD (Sexually Transmiteed Disease) or not. Yes sir, this is a possibility one day down the road, where the world's most popular social network might eventually work on an app that knows who in your social circle carries what kind of STD.

Ford investing $1.3B in Mexican plant that builds Fusion, MKZ

Ford must be expecting the 2013 Fusion to be a hit when it arrives in showrooms this fall. As a way to make sure that demand won't outstrip production, Ford is investing $1.3 billion in its Hermosillo Stamping and Assembly facility. Hermosillo currently employs over 3,300 workers, and as part of its investment, Ford will be adding 1,000 new jobs in order to handle production of the 2013 Fusion and its Lincoln MKZ twin.

The Littlest Black Book casing for the iPod nano is cute

The Littlest Black Book casing for the iPod nano is cute

While iPhones and iPads have tons of interesting sleeves and cases for them, not much love is shown for the iPod nano apart from the typical watch strap offering. Well Pad & Quill has decided to change that and has since launched a Kickstarter project for an upcoming product dubbed The Littlest Black Book. The company is known for producing Moleskine-like products for the iPhone and iPad so we guess it did not come as a complete surprise that they are attempting to do the same for the iPod nano. As you can see in the photo above, The Littlest Black Book is a miniaturized book cover for the iPod nano.
